Being a long time PC fanboi, I haven't followed much on the 360. My question is, can I play pirated old Xbox games on the 360 with a flashed hardware? I really want to play MKA when I buy my 360...

Some of them at least. I just download scene releases. Black, Ninja Gaiden etc. works fine.
Btw you can check with xdvdmulletter to find out if its a xbox360 or xbox ISO.

yes but, depending on the version of the FW, you will need to:
possibly burn to a dvd-dl
burn with a unhacked .xbe file from the original
that said, i've never gotten it to work.
console technical is the right place for this btw, moving now.

Black works for me but Ninja Gaiden does not but its down to the firmware version yeah. Besides Xbox1 originals will be pretty cheap to buy these days I would think.

Not in a country where they are not sold officially and stores try to rob you.  Xbox games have almost the same price tags as 360 games... 
Thanks for moving HD, wasn't sure where to put it.
So anyone managed to run pirated MK Armageddon on 360?
