What program would be faster to convert a .avi file to mpeg(svcd,vcd)file..?? because the one i use takes too long!!! Mad

512 DDR RAM MEM

GeFORCE 128 MB GRAPHIC CARD

Faster then what? You didn't say what you are currently using... Rolling Eyes

DVD2SVCD with Cinema Craft Encoder (CCE) is good compromise for speed, ease of use and quality.

Cinemacraft 2.67 is about the fastest encoder I've used so far, with superb quality too

If you want to make a dvd file out of a avi use cucusoft and infoedit.
But if you just want to make it into a svcd file which is faster use dvd2svcd Smile
