This is rather interesting. I do not know whom I would be so inclined.
I actually had to ask around and get some feed back, so far this is what
I've discovered.
It would have to be some asshole like Thomas Midgley, Jr. He was the one who basically invented Leaded Gasoline, and CFC's. People like him have done such damage to the planet.

Jenni - indeed, as $en$i wrote, i meant the Jalta aftermath. Stalin always wanted to have the whole Europe or more, but instead 3 dudes made a deal - "ok joe, you take Czechoslovakia, Poland and a part of Germany but leave the rest of Europe and us the fuck alone".
Do you think that's fair. To become an independent country in 1918 after so many years, then deal with the shit that was left on our land just to enter II WW as the first country (well, except Czechoslovakia and Austria but that wasnt war back then), get fucked up bad (Allies declared war and didn't do SHIT to help us, plus commies didn't declare war but just entered from the east) and then fall into communism for so many fucking years (1945-1989) and become a country far behind the rest of western Europe in terms of social life or technology. Not to mention how our land was looking after the war, cities destroyed in 1939 and 1944-45 plus valuables stolen by Germans and, most of all, commies. All of that with the "help" from Uncle Sam and Brits making a deal with the red fucks.
Oh, and allies are suspected of assassination of a polish general in Gibraltar who was perhaps too smart for them.
Oh and there was an uprising in Warsaw that begun on the 1st of August, 1944. It was targeted against the nazis but also communists who used the opportunity to come closer from the east and then stop before entering Warsaw, because they hoped that nazis will slaughter all those who are behind the uprising and also against communists. Again, the allies didn't do shit to stop the commies far beyond our border or to help the uprising nation.

As for the Warsaw uprising, don't look at us, we asked the Russians if we could use their airstrips to drop supplies of food and ammuntion. We were denied, so we used airfields as far away as Italy. |

Yeah I figured that this was the argument you were going to use.
I wasnt the one screaming "WTF WE DECLARED WAR ON GERMANY LOVE US!!!". I just stated facts. You didn´t do shit for Poland when they were attacked. Neither did we, sure, but atleast I know we didn´t.

What the hell could we do, look at the geography. Theres a slight problem of a small country in the way called GERMANY! Plus the Germans had been rearming for years since Hitler came to power. We had substandard armaments. The BEF fought hard all the way back to Dunkirk losing 1000's of lives. Sweden which is a much better position to help sat there raking in the gold.
Who supplied, trained and equipped the Free Polish forces? Who gave fighters to Polish pilots over the skies of Europe? Who sheltered the Polish Govt. in exile? The British.
Which counties bank acted as the fence in the biggest robbery the world has ever seen? Well that would have been the Central Bank of Sweden.
