80% of the people who are signing that petition are band-wagoning idiots. They have never seen nor do they plan to see a Uwe Boll film. They just want to feel cool or important to a cause.
There are far worse directors that need to be stopped then Mr. Boll

Yeah i want him to quit recking video game movies. I wish they would find a director that could actually make a decent one. At this point i am surprised any company lets Uwe use their IP for anything after seeing his previous works.

i wont sign for one reason.
i think all my favourite game franchises have allready been slaughtered, so i have no stake in any other games... i cant wait to see what he ruins next, should be quite a laugh  besides, its not like we fuckin pay for his films.
furthermore, know what? compare alone in the dark with dungeon siege... dungeon siege, for me, was actually watchable... im not saying i think hes a good director by any stretch, but id honestly like to see how he does with his next film, before i decide once and for all to what degree i hate the guy.

ah but atleast for one single moment, even if only for a while, it did get results... whether theyre long lasting or not doesnt really matter, it still did work.
side note, which i thought was pretty funny:
Jericho, the CBS television series that was canceled because of low ratings, then revived following protests from fans, then canceled again because of low ratings, may be revived a second time, the New York Times reported today (Monday).
