Some other corkers:
The Institute of Oriental Studies at Federal University of Santa Catarina in Brazil hastily withdrew their logo when they realised it could be seen as something other than a pagoda in front of a setting sun
It's hard to believe the designers of the logo for Kudawara Pharmacy in Japan didn't notice anything wrong with their design
Arlington Pediatric Center has changed their logo after it became an internet sensation
Many people have suggested that the logo for the London 2012 Olympic Games could be seen as the Simpsons engaged in a lurid act

As a designer myself, I can sympathize with them really, when youve been staring at a design for so long while you are making it you just dont see these things. Its like when you get so used to seeing something, you dont recognise obvious flaws. Much like if you have a smell in your house, you smell it all the time so you dont notice it, yet to other people it stands out like shit in a flower shop.

The 'Arlington Pediatric Center' one just takes the cake, why not just change their name to 'Arlington Pedophilic Center' with a logo like that:) Bet it was recalled in the first week:)
