jsometimes my main enter button isnt working, and it acts like a shift button, where my keypad enter is working normally.
I just hit all my ctrl/alt/shift etc buttons until some weird hotkey link thingie is cancelled and it works again, if it doesnt work, reboot and hope it is working again

in his case it's probably just alt button that stopped working, then again chances of failing both of them is rare unless it got short circuted somewhere
anyway kb's are cheap unless u have one of those 80e once and your warranty is expired, then u pretty much fuked, get new kb

You could make sure by using some software that tests your keyboard.

That's the usual way stuff works.
1. Something malfunctions without any plausible reason.
2. Bang your head.
3. Try new drivers, jiggle the hardware and ten other things that reasonably shouldn't change anything.
4. Reboot fifty times.
5. While reading some obscure "tech"-site the problem solves itself without any plausible reason.

Hehe, Trust is one of the worst companies in existance, they should be hanged in the town square ... Your hardware is faulty, have it replaced before you're out of warranty.
EDIT: Next time post in the right section ... hardware !

$40 is cheap, for me anyway. My last keyboard (wireless) cost me $120....waste of money to be honest, only worked for 6 months before things started going wrong with it.
