Well, that's your personal judgement which isn't fair. ORT and RTR are THE most decent channels trying to keep some percentage of local production. The rest only pumps american B or C grade shit and some old A-grade movies on weekends.

p.s. All war/weapon documentaries are concentrated on NTV, Ren-TV, and Zvezda. "Culture" is for art. What else do they need to show on #1 and #2 federal channels except for movies, talk shows and soap operas? I have about 50+ channels at home including many german and french ones and they don't differ at all. I mean AT ALL. Maybe IDF-TV or Kiev TV is better, I dunno
