Well I love 'The One' for some reason, I guess it's because you rarely see an individual with superhuman powers being such a bastard. The way Jet Li's evil alter ego indiscriminately kills anyone who gets in his way is refreshing. I mean he crushes a cop between two motorbikes! Whats not to like!?
Plus it has my favorite ending ever!
Erm in terms of really shitty B-movies I would sat 'Phase IV' is my guilty pleasure. It really freaked me out when I was a kid. I love the bit where this doctor guy gets pissed of trying to communicate with the ants so just whips out a grenade launcher and starts blowing them up.
