Like Medieval Lords, when does that come?
lots of small games this month that is out, or at least there are patches out, and yet no release here. bleh why do they gotta use protection? lol, hell there was even an article in pc gamer last month that stated their opinion on things such as starforce 3 as obsolete, because in their words "crackers will always crack it, it just affects the honest customers in a negative way", and boy is that true.

Where have the days gone where you could actually buy a game and expect it to work on 4 computers on a LAN? Thats why i never buy games nowadays, so many bullshit stuff like protection and serial checks and shit, the games i buy can only be played on 1 computer simultaneously, unless you pass the cd around, but i shouldnt have to! I bought it!
*tired of this crap*

I don't think that's entirely true. It definetily affects the dishonest warez people since nowadays you can't be 100% sure there will be a working version available on the internet 2 days after the store date. Crackers haven't cracked properly Toca Race Driver 2 or Sims 2 for example.

I definetily wish that it was true so they would stop using these stupid protections that even the mighty crackers can't unlock but unfortunately I see more games in the future that can't be cracked.

I'm a student myself and can't afford to pay for games, no way, so I just play the games that do get released. Luckily enough some games still get released.. Wink

About that last part of your post - when you buy a game in the stores, you buy a single user licence, so you are not allowed to install it on simultanious PC's.

And speaking of non-released games, I'm still looking for TOCA2 Razz

Yeah TOCA2 must be really bad.....even though it has a 86% at gamerankings.com. Oh and if you want the game and have an xbox buy this version. http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/245359.asp TOCA2 AND Colin McRae Rally 04 for only $30.
