I hate games im so sick of them and im only 18, i used to love all kinds of games and i was always waiting for the new ones and blabla but after we had Crysis and all those shitty games i just gave up.. u expect so much from a game you just end up being dissapointed afterwards... I swear there isnt a single game out now i would want to try... Besides its always patch this tweak that do this blalbla just to play some shitty game.. last good game i played was kotor and i dont think there will ever be anything that can even compare to the awsomeness of kotor, I even got sick of zelda twilight princess AND mario galaxy for the wii in fact i fuckin hate those games... maybe i gone crazy or something. And what the fuck is up with PS3? I bought it so me and some friends can chill and play, first i got cod4 and fight night round 3, cod4 actually had multiplayer which surprised me but it sucked anyway cuz no bot support YAY! fight night round 3 was nicely done but everyone went for mohammad ali online and offline so fuck it, i end up trading in both games for UT3 which i was pretty damn sure would be fun right? i mean its UT3?!?!, Well guess what theres no fuckin multiplayer(offline) infact you cant even play SINGLEPLAYER without internet can you belive that? Ok so i go multi online and tadah theres like 5 servers for ctf WTF?!?! and they all have high ping with few players.. i searched for a while and found one i thought was gona be nice but it lagged more than when i played bf1942 on 56kb/s....FUCK PLAYSTATION AND FUCK GAMES!

I feel ya! However, I have high hopes for GTA IV.

Id like to say i agree, but i fear it got monotonous now..
The novelty of freedom and the GTA3 style gameplay wore off and got old after a while.. i did enjoy san andreas for a bit but the same thing happenned again after several hours of play. I just get bored easily.

i love all the gta games none of them have ever been shit imo, i think vice city was the best though i had shitloads of fun with that game just driving around.
san andreas is pretty cool aswell, its much better if you download loads of new cars and replace there engine sounds though so they dont sound like shit!
i replaced all the gun sounds with those of bf2 and have the explosion sounds from hl2 makes the game much better i dont know why rockstar always uses shit sound files.

ive not tried any of the SA multiplayer mods i remember playing one for VC though and it was pretty good and stable.

im 19 (well soon 20) and I kinda feel the same. Don't get the same feeling playing games. Im so damn tierd of sequals, they are always so damn boring.... meh. I didn't think GoW was THAT awesome as some people tought. So a really good game for me would be Mass Effect. Its kinda fun to play most FPSes, but that genre is really dying... if it has coop its pretty ok, unless it got to have a good story to get me excited, and of course MP.

I haven't done the multiplayer mods either. I have liked all the gta games. Although, I normally make it about 1/2 to 3/4 through the game and have to take a break for a month before completing. I never do the 100% though, just the main story missions.

btw burnout paradise didnt have any multiplayer as well... Console racing without 2 player? WFT! Maybe they thought people who own consoles dont have any friends so they might as well make it 1 player only thats the only reason i can come up with

Your first mistake was getting a PS3...
Games are a casual form of entertainment, too many people these days seem to expect a game to give them a backhander while keeping them enraptured for 6 hours solid. If your expectations of games are realistic, and you're not some rabid hardcore gamer then I don't see how you can be disappointed.
Also, maybe do something other then play games with your spare time.

Im very happy with my PS3 and the games. Assassins Creed is just to damn fun, im on the fifth time through it now. COD4 is really fun to.

On my 6th time now
Why do you think its horrible? Granted, they could have made it more splinter cellish and stuff and it would probably been better but still, Assassins Creed is a sick fuckin game. Its so fun imo The counter kill manuver is just to much fun to use you know?
Did you play it on a console or pc? I cant imagine playin it on a pc, wouldnt be as fun imo. But the console version (atleast the ps3 version) is really fun |
