I mount old games in daemon tools, so i don't have to burn them. But to get the music from the cd to play in game I have to get to that screen ant the sound to play from E.

Pretty easy then:
Select DVD-CD Drives from your hardwaremanager and open up your device. Then select the 2nd tab. Check the "use this drive as preferred drive for CD-Music"..

Pc version has special stuff:

"A special edition of the game was released for the Sega Mega-CD which features a Red Book audio soundtrack, improved graphics and expanded levels [1], and an even further enhanced version with redrawn, 256 colour graphics and an Earthworm Jim desktop theme, as well as all the Mega-CD improvements, was released for Microsoft Windows 95."

This si why i did not day this form the start, you people start finding way around the problem instead of solving it. This will be help full to me in other (old) games as well.
