I have a ton of music files that start with 01 - (songtitle), 02 - (songtitle), 03 - (songtitle), and so forth... Well, I need a program that will scan my music folder and allow me to move mp3's of the same album to a folder.
A couple years ago I had a great program for this, but formatted a few times since and we all know what happens when you forget about those insignificant, yet oh-so-important softwares.
Can anyone offer a suggestion that will do this for me?
Also, I can give two shits and a flying fuck about album art, playlists, and iTunes!

I use musicbrainz picard. It is not fully automated but it does a great job of organising, do them in batches and they'll be done eventually and will last you forever. tip move them to another finished folder so you know which you've done and which you haven't
No advertising.
