Well, i for one, totally sucks ass when it comes to buying gifts. Thats why I really had a hard time this christmas  But she was very very happy with what i got her, tickets to see Rollins, and a booked hotel for just the two of us A simple thing really, but that meant alot to her, since it really showed her i wanted to spend time with her. Now, you guys have been together for quite the time, right? So something like that might not have the same effect.. But i´d still recommend doing something that shows that you want to be with her.
Flowers are nice when you´re dating someone, or recently hooked up with someone, but when youve been together with someone for a while, flowers on VD is kinda to be expected, you know? And the surprise bit is half the battle

srsly braw make it all quriky and corny:p like buy baloons and fill them up when she's at work and put them all over the place... buy some rose pedals and spreadt hem about... buy those gay ass vd day cards and put them somewhere and order in chinese and get some red wine put up some candles, load up a movie (atonement or summin girly like juno) and poof why the fuck do you wanna go out when it's -20 out? I dun get that!!! go out on the weekend stay in when it's mad freeezing!!!!

i haven't seen atonement so i dunno heck hostel worked for me 
i dunno shit about fish. i'm thinking of picking one from the store, any one that looks edible and look up all shit loads of info on it and cook I seriously can't tell you anything right now
What kind of fish are out there? Salmon is orangy right? WHat's the white fish? Fuck

I say go for salmon steaks, you won't be disappointed. White fish (different kinds) may look totally the same but a devil to cook the right way. Salmon is almost impossible to end up bad as long as you do not overcook it (3 min one side, 5 min other side, if roasted or whatever the word is). You can also steam it (if you have the steam cooking device) - girls love it steamed (diet etc). Best served with broccolis or asparagus, but asparagus is a bitch to cook too. Broccolis are easier.
Don't forget tartar sauce for the salmon (when serving)

that's the spirit! as for broccolis - drop in boiling water (salted) for 5-7 minutes. they're done when the stems stop being raw but are hard enough. then IMMEDIATELY take them out of the water otherwise the fragile parts will turn into a mess. and keep in mind that they're served COLD.
