Im having some really annoying dreams lately.

As some of the regulars may know and remember, I broke up with a long-term GF in november of last year. It was my decision ETC. Well its months down the line, and I am sure I made the right decision.

Anywho, I keep having dreams about arguing her, and basically dreaming about her fucking her new BF (if she has one, I dnno). WTF. Its not getting to me in a heavy way, just it sets me in a bad mood for the day and plays on my head. Anyone else experienced this? I have no idea why I keep dreaming about this crap. In one of the dreams I even got back with her knowing it doesnt work and hated it even in the dream, arguing etc. I woke up so pissed.

I wouldn't say it's a job for a doctor or a specialist, it is just really annoying going a few days feeling good then having a dream about this cunt and putting me in a bad mood for the rest of the week,

Anyone else had this before? Confused

Every week.

It'll go away eventually; mine did and I was engaged to the woman.

In some other posts you mentioned she's already shagging someone else. So you're probably just feeling bitter because she's moved on so easily, even if you don't admit it to yourself.

indeed Sad

my geuss is that you think about it more than you realize (unconscious), or you're putting your thoughts away and it comes back in your dreams.

hmm. I think whats getting to me is indeed her moving on so quickly. I knew it would happen, she is extremely good looking but I thought shed be cut up for longer. Seems someone got in there quickly with the rebound and got lucky.

Whats on my mind the most is more annoying, Im still comparing all girls I meet to her appearance wise, she was really pretty. Its hard to look past looks when your first long term GF was a barbie.. I do know that makes me sound vain but I cant help it :\

That's pretty normal... my ex is a bit of a chub but she had a nice big ass and huge tits... and every girl I see now doesn't stack up, even if they're skinny..

You need to focus on the negatives.. it helps.

I'm almost positive everyone on the planet that could be considered even close to "normal" has had this. If not, I don't want to know, because that means I need help!

@water

Yeah man. I constantly dream about my exwife and it puts me in a bad mood when i wake up. But I shake it off and go on with my day and usually end up in a good mood come lunch time.

The dreams will stop eventually.
