Is there any program that can make the dual core processor use the best of it's dual core? My friend has laptop with dual Athlon 64 X2, but the speed when he's doing some random tasks isn't that great at all. I know it's AMD but...

I looked a bit on the AMD site but couldn't find anything of that sort. He has drivers installed but, that doesn't do much... I haven't tried SP3... will try that!
