Did you use the same browser? I clicked the first one at home in FF, then the next day (but before the next stamp got available), at work in Chrome, I had none clicked but 3h till next stamp. So I clicked the first one, got back home couple of hours later - only one clicked, second not available, but 22h till next in FF. In Chrome - both clicked, although I only clicked the first one for the second time at work.

Same browser, Firefox. I also tested what Internet Explorer shows me and it shows the same thing Firefox does; just one.

It worked later on the day for me. Doesn't matter much, promo lasts until 24th or something.

It's 24 hours per stamp, 10h means you clicked on it later then usual and the time will count down for the next stamp. If your 1 day to late you miss a stamp
Got my third now and says 23h and 45 minutes till next
