Never heard of this store. Too bad for the employees. Even uninformed workers have bills to pay and families to feed.

Very true, they are suffering because of incompetent management, and bad or little training in customer service..

I found the best computer stores are the ones privately owned and operated. They know more, can help you out, have good prices etc
The big box stores only employ idiots and or kids who could care less about the products the store has to offer
