Ok so i got my second 360 back in Jan 07 after the first one got 3 RLOD after 6mths. Recently the 360 is giving me alot of dirty disc errors, only on certain games mind. For example i went through disc 1 of Lost Odyssey with maybe one error and that was after a good 7-8 hr session. But disc 2 seems to be generating them much more frequently. I also had this problem with Virtual Fighter 5 (Burnt twice), but for every game that gets errors theres 5 that play without a single error. My question is, is the drive close to death or is it just the games themselves? I burn all games on Verbs @ 2.4x with clonecd. just my thoughts i also had wierd problems with discs(all verbatim burned at max speed all the time) turns out it was dirty discs(even thugh they werent looking that dirty) i cleaned them up and now al is good. ofcourse thats untill my system died totally:) now waiting for better version of xbox to buy new one:(

well my xbox 360 totally trashed my lost oddessey disc 1 and today i got the red light of death whilst battling the monster at the grand staff. seems its error 0001 which might be a psu problem, going to borrow a psu and hope its that thats duff. first time ive had a 360 crash and go straight to the 3rlod. The night is dark and the road is long. Come on dead men, return to your homes.

well it seems my psu couldnt take the strain and died. got a replacement coming, seems LO does tax the xbox 360 quiet a bit. The night is dark and the road is long. Come on dead men, return to your homes.
