Holy shit this looks totally awesome!

One question though: what's with the metal bar that goes over the mobo, as seen here?

Thats to suport graphic cards, as you know they get longer and longer. It has a arm that will hold the card in place.

Believe me, i am sure these pics don't do it justice. Lian-Li is PURE QUALLITY!. You really have to see it in real. Its a pure pleasure to install stuff etc. I guess you have to be somewhat of a enthusiast to get the point here, plus its not cheap. The other "Classic" case I am thinking about at the mo is the TJ7 from Silverstone (oldish), still a beautiful case and one of the best if you want "good" airflow etc. Also a dam good case for water cooling!.

Pfffff they made such a big case and they didnt make special room for WC. Useless case for WC fans. Any sane pearson would make room for radiator OUTSIDE the case.

Lian-Li cases are ridiculously over-priced for what you get. Some are so bare minimum design and feature wise that paying the premium for the "Quality" that Lian-Li offers isn't worth it.

But, this one looks niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice (Borat Voice)

I didn't check the links out but I'm guessing it's in the $150-200 range.

My main problem with these 'high-end' cases is the fact that they all have these stupid doors. In practice the door stays almost always open or breaks off. Even the ones that don't have doors have drive-bay panels which are fixed. You have to make sure you match the colour of your dvd/floppy/card-reader to the case colour. Would it kill these people to put in one or two stealthed drive-bay doors? Mad

True!, after checking a bit more careful, I guess one have to butcher the top to get a proper radiator going (no room at the bottom, or any mesh that would allow it in the side panel). The more I look at cases the more I realize the Silverstone TJ07 is still king when it comes to WC. Still...the Armorsuit is a darn good case, no doubt.

WC king is this case http://www.thermaltake.com/product/Chassis/fulltower/Kandalf_lcs/vd4000swa.asp

You have perfect case for DIY WC. You have front door with big ass place for new rad. + everything inside is made for WC cooling.

Well i dont base my opinion on beauty but on practicality. If you want ultimate WC case you get this one. If you want ok WC case then you buy another. I sure as hell wont buy case in which i need to have rad. inside. Having rad. inside the case kills all the idea of WC. ATM my rad is around 60-70C at full load and having that kind of heat inside the case? No thank you.

Is that an actual temperature measured with a multi-meter or are you just guessing? I doubt it since that would mean your coolant is at an even higher temperature. That in turn would imply that temperature of your block is even higher. Subsequently your core temperature would be even higher. Please switch off computer now. Very Happy

You know what they say about tailoring the message to the target audience. Very Happy

Although I still don't think that your coolant temperature is really so high. Even a reserator does not get such high coolant temps at load. And how exactly are you measuring the temperature? Maybe that's where the discrepancy lies.
