8800 GS should be out in a few days. It's about 170$ and comes with 384 or 768mb ram.
It has a 192 bit memory interface (GT has 256, GTX has 384) and 112 SPUs (same as the GT)
The 384mb version gets about 9.5k points in 3dmark 06. For comparison, my 7900 gtx get's about 6000 points.
Should be a nice competition for the cheap radeon 3850 and 3870. Should be good enough for a midrange gaming pc if you don't want to spend 250$ or more for a GT but still want ok gaming performance.
