Hey guys, didn't know where to post this, so I'm posting here.
Well, Israel is banned in so many torrent sites it's not even funny, so I'm looking for a site that sells fast proxies. I'll be using it mainly for uTorrent to connect to the trackers, and occasionally to register on sites.
If you have an alternative, please share... Maybe some app that downloads proxy lists automatically, pings them and sets the current one as the fastest (and uTorrent connects to that program).

iN your situation, I would use usenet. Since you have to pay, you better pay for something fast like a good usenet server.
You won't find free and fast proxy, I don't even know if fast proxy seller exist. I remember a program was using tons of proxy in the same time but I don't remember the name and their list was out of date anyway.

Not that much, I don't want a dedicated machine (i.e. Seedbox).
