Gigabyte M55SLI-S4 rev. 2, same one with the memory controller problems, except now I got a AMD 6400+ Black Edition instead of the AMD 4200+, Leadtek 8800GT instead of the old Palit 7600GT, same Corsair 1GB 2 sticks of 512MB, when I try to start up with the 6400+ and 8800GT it comes up with PXE-E61: Media Test Failure, PXE-MOF: Exiting NVIDIA Boot Agent and a boot failure, I unplug my ADSL modem (I got a cheap card instead of a router) and I get a plain old boot failure, I try to start up with the 7600GT, 512MB of Kingston, and it worked once.
I changed the boot order, even taken everything but Hard Drive off, tried going to Boot List and chosen Hard Drive, tried that crappy gigabyte recovery thing but my comp restarts on or freezes, I took the cmos battery out and let the bios reset, nothing works, I just got it back from those tards saying one problem and now this, it doesn't even get to loading the OS so I doubt a reformat would help, any ideas?

At first I had a Thermaltake 430W, but that didn't even start with the 8800GT, so my sister picked up a Cooler Master 550W and it started up fine after that, but with the 7600GT and Thermaltake I had that error, just tried bare minimum, it worked, then tried again with new PSU and gfx, didn't work, and now my extra IDE is completely wiped, 160GB like my main, I'll check that site, thanks.
EDIT: So is all the data on my 160 lost? Should I reformat and carry on?

Well the only things that go into my mind right now :
1.You said this disk worked fine on 7600GT so maybe your PSU i giving up or is damaged and can't power up properly your HDD .
2.HDD is bad - Check first your HDD on a other computer .
3.Bios error , bad flashing of Bios sometimes can do that - Check if HDD is detected in Bios and if the right disk parameters are detected .
Its one of those 3 things

Why do you think your hard-disk is wiped? If all that's happened till now is boot errors then the data should be okay if you can connect it as a slave drive.
Have you tried both IDE connectors? You could try booting with a sata device if you have one. And try as already suggested by blueskyz to disable any boot over lan options in the boot order or wherever.
I suspect it's the motherboard because you've switched out pretty much everything else (except mem) so the only common think is the mobo.

I've tried 512MB of Kingston and 1GB of Corsair both didn't work, I've tried boot over LAN option, not 100% if it was the correct option I chose though, I just looked for something to do with a network with boot in the same sentense and that was the only thing i found, on the crapping out computer my second IDE wouldn't be detected, then I take it to another computer and its wiped apparently, so I'm assuming thats stuffed, I have 2 IDE, 2 SATA, 8800GT that all need power, is a Cooler Master 550W PSU really insufficient? I'll try repairing it with Windows Disk now...just had to sleep earlier xD.
EDIT: I changed the IDE cable on the 2 IDE Drives, same problem, I ran the Emergency Repair Disk and it said that there is 1 unrepairable (forgot the Microsoft Terminology) problem, put it in my enclosure and connected it to my dad's comp and same problem with the other IDE, nothing there, says it's blank, I tried Error Checking, but it wouldn't even do that, should I just reinstall Windows?
EDIT 2: Guess I'll just buy 2GB of Corsair 5-5-5-12 tomorrow and try out Vista Ultimate in preparation for Age Of Conan.

if you want to salvage anything from the hard-disk via your dads machine try grabbing a copy of easy recovery pro, it's really good software. Then sounds like you should go ahead and reformat the thing and hope for the best, but maybe someone else has a solution.

Oh, forgot to mention, if the computer restarts itself e.g. I go into bios, save+exit, then it has typos and is pretty much all crappy and it won't continue past checking hdds so I went to the local store and asked for a motherboard but all they had was Abit AN-M2HD nForce630a AM2 (http://www.ifocus.co.nz/Motherboards/AMD/AMD+Athlon+64+AM2+%25252F+AM2%25252B/Abit+AN-M2HD+nForce630a+AM2.html), that any good? Seems like its more built for media PCs but doesn't look crap at all, its either that or wait a while for their ASUS to get in stock.
