Is it really so much money involved that it's actually worth to develop these kind of games or is this a lost bet between the codemasters developers?

Isn't like 5-10% of a population gay? Well there's the reasoning behind making a gay-themed game.

But still a fucking dancing game is stretching it a bit. If they want a gay-game they can dress up some North Koreans in leather pants in Crysis. Hell the devs in Crysis wouldn't even had to make another game they could've included a "gay-mode" into the existing code.

Pffft... dancing game my hairy ass. Next they'll make a shrimp peeler simulator.
