Hm, the link takes you to a BBC story of "Creating CGI film characters" not bad!, but not the story about Pirate Bay...
EDIT: had to navigate to "Click" in the menu and found it!
Interesting to see these guys "live". Just a bunch of guys really
As far as i have read in the Swedish press etc, its gonna be pretty hard for the prosecution to win this one, but we will see.

It's not just the reporters. The legal system in general (at least here in the States) is horrifically clueless when it comes to technology and crime. The judges are just as in the dark.

well I love seeing so called industry experts trying to justify their pitiful existence.
Guess they never heard of the long tail, and the real value of user created and commercially available content stripped of its draconic copyright protection.
To cap it all, I love the quote 'We should repay those that market and generate awareness of brand identity. Am I missing something here... just because some lame record company spends thousands on a shitty promotional video, they expect us to be sucked in and part with our cash.
Media and our culture was always and will forever be shared, and not bottled and paid for.
the Pirate Bay are a natural consequnce of our modern existance.
