Hi there, I've got two avi-movies I want to merge into one avi so that they play together at the same time. Both movies have the same number of frames. To be clear, i do not want to place one movie after the other so that they play sequentially, they need to play at the same time... Anyone any ideas as how to do this? Greetz, TheLeech

Virtual dub. Open video file. Then select append file and thats that.

don't think he wants to append, he wants both movies playing at the same time in some sort of split screen arrangement. try Adboe Premiere or Avid Express

Ohhhh he wants one screen with two diffrent movies playing. If thats the case then Adobe.

You can do that with two drag-and-drop in sony vegas pro 8.0.

my first suggestion would be sony vegas aswell simple and easy to learn for better control over the look, try adobe after effects
