So this looked neat. Grabbed the yar version and so far I'm liking it.
It's a roguelite decking building RPGish type game.
Combat is kind of like you'd see in most JRPG style comabt situations with the turn based shit, but YOUR side of the combat is building up a nice deck to use in combat. The enemies don't use cards they're just on a normal combat system.
You die, you start over on the map, but you keep your progress and cards, the more powerful you make your deck, the easier things get etc. You can also build up your town by finding NPCs throughout the map that can offer you extra help.
There's also a character/class selection screen that'll remind you of D2. Different heroes have different skills and difficulties, off the top of my head I want to say there's like 10?
Enemy design is pretty good, some of them are total omgwtfbbq, couple were kinda generic. GFX are fine for what it is.
Most of the voice acting has been pretty decent, with a couple where it's just....you okay with that? Well alright then. Not my game I guess.

I also had my eye on this, might pick it up this weekend and try it out when I have more free time.
I'm always looking for a new rogue deck building game and some of the RPG elements look really interesting as well.

Finally unlocked a new class, summoner, REALLY different kind of play style with the card deck, only a couple battles in but a lot of fun. I've got the warrior pretty hefty ATM but I wanted to try something new, might go back to warrior just ot beat the level. |

It's pretty good. And yeah, different classes play different / require different strats which adds to the fun.
Definitely a must try.

prettty solid game so far ... curious to see the Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon game that comes next as that one is more of a storybased RPG ... this was mostly originally just a technicla test which later spun in ints own game
