I need to format my PC again soon and since due to limits with my ISP i cant download another big Vista release

Currently the one i have is from August. Windows Vista Ultimate x86 Integrated August 2007 OEM

So i just want to know is it ok installing that older release from August rather than downloading a newer from from October or November?

You will have to download the missing updates thru windows update while they are already integrated in newer releases, outside this negligible drawback this won't change anything, minor maybe an updated Vista Loader OEM BIOS emulator crack, not a big deal.
