the question should be: what can't you buy for 611 billion?

They need it to support the rest of the US GDP. War= revenues for US. I know it's cruel but that's the destiny of super powers. They spend money on weapons in order to invade-clean-restructure=profits.
Far fetched? I don't think so.

Wow Surprised

Hating Bush and the administration right now is easier than breathing, goddamnit.

"According to World Bank estimates, $54 billion a year would eliminate starvation and malnutrition globally by 2015, while $30 billion would provide a year of primary education for every child on earth.

At the upper range of those estimates, the $611 billion cost of the war could have fed and educated the world's poor for seven years."

Fuck.

How can you hate country? Its politicians fault not countries. I dont think that that money is issue. If i were you i would be more scared of 50 trillion $ debt youre country has. Idk how many generations youre country will need to pay back this money. Anyway you should watch Bill Maher, he has some great points about America and things going on.

I'd get into a discussion why I hate it but I don't debate politics or opinions since it just ends up in flaming and cry babies

Don't be scared at all. To pay off the debt, all you have to do is implement a bit of inflation... and there, you already cut the debt in half Smile

Anyways, I'm gonna be able to vote next election, and by the way things are shaping out looks like the Libertarians are gonna get my vote. That, or Obama, if he somehow makes it through the primaries. Why? Well, it'd be awesome to have a President who can go around saying "Nigga wat?".

"Yo, Mr Presidents, we be screwed by teh social securities"
"Niggah wat?"

Doesn't this revolve around the falling US dollar? Our occupation in the middle-easts justification is to insure the euro something blah etc something?

Maybe I'm confused.
