If i wanted to use my 360 to play x264 material, Is it possible to convert x264 to a file playable in a 360 without loss? tnx.

Without a loss? No. Every reencode degrades quality. Get one of those Iguana 720P WMV releases, that should be the better idea. Yeah what i want to do is make a x264 into something like the Iguana WMV stuff, If there is loss i reckon its not too bad.
