Lol, this is about the GB which isn't a GB scam, i guess every others hard drive manufacturers could be sued too for misleading advertisement, also retailers.

I have a Seagate Freeagent, does this count?? Also Can I get money back with being in the UK?

"The final hearing date to approve the settlement will take place on February 7, 2008 at the San Francisco Superior Court."

U.S. settlement & nothing is done yet.

There is some heated debate in the linked article's comments, lol.
