Well, I got myself that new game, Restricted Area. Problem is, it starts as High Priority process, making downloading stuff while I'm playing impossible. And also my sister can't play her online game because she's connecting to the internet through my PC, and the connection is getting slowed down so much by that high priority shit that it's not possible to do anything while playing that game.
So now I tried setting it to low priority in some ways but none worked.

I tried these:

batch file with "cmd /c start /Low ra.exe"
Didn't work, game was high priority still.

radlinker shortcut from the Catalyst drivers (lets me select the priority to start a game with), set it to low but no effect.

alt-tab out of the game to change the priority manually while the process is running already. Works, but when I get back into the game with alt-tab the game's graphics are corrupted and full of texture errors and it doesnt respond anymore.

Now I'm wondering if anyone knows some more ways of changing the priority or setting a priority to start a process with somehow.
Any ideas?
