Hi, sometimes when I reboot my PC, in the next restart the windows freezes and reboot again, sometimes one time, sometimes two... But my question is where can I see in my OS (Windows XP SP2) the cause of the reboots, where the windows saves the error files? Thks Smile

Try in the dump files. Administrator tools, event viewer, try there

Also disable automatic restart on system failure.
System properties > startup and recovery > System failure, uncheck automatic restart.
At the next failure you will have a nice BSOD with an error code instead of the reboot, write down the error code and search for answers in google.
