Our beef is mostly digital. And my personal is patent office giving out patents on, say, genes in the human genome.

What about the pirate party (in Sweden), dont they have some arguments? I mean, how do they convince people to fight for piracy?

Maybe stuff like "information should be free", or "downloading mp3s may actually increase record companies' profits" ...

Yes but those arguments are actually bullshit. In the age of computers so much can actually be considered 'information' that the world economy would collapse if people didn't have a right to protect their property, digital or physical.
