when desktop is clean, it's just blank

if i put some folder, shortcut or any kinda file it appears with small white dot in the left upper corner

wtf?

checked for spywares, viruses it's clean

used Kis 2k7 and adware 2k7

tried reinstalling video drivers too

any ideas?

really don't wanna do reformat, fkn peace of shit XP Mad

Did you put a website as background that overrides your wallpaper?
