Theres a few site i go atleast 10 times a day but it would be much easier if i had a RSS Feeder on my desktop that popup when something new arrive on the site. Any good one someone can recommend?

so is this the best rss feeder to use? I am also looking for one that is free and decent If it's not broke, i can fix it

I tryed like 20 appz for RSS and only one that i use is this one. http://www.klipfolio.com/
