as you know,the ration is one of the most important thing in bit'
now,lets say I have a ratio of 100:1 (U\D) which is pretty good.
if i'll format my computer,will I lost this ratio??

It's not like in shitty emule ( curse it ),when your stats are kept locally on your machine.
In BT the ratio is separate for each tracker ,you use,and is kept on tracker servers.
So you may do whatever you like with your machine,just don't forget the logins info.

people who dont want to give back are the reason private torrent-sites emerged and they often DO check for spoofing and manipulation... |

I dont like such programs,reminds me of dc++,almost dead ,because of faking...
actually,since yesterday,when I installed BT for the first time,im not downloading at all,just sharing ,around 400GB of data ,and why? because I do care about other ppl getting what they are looking for.
my computer is allways on anyway,and I dont pay by the ammount of badwidth that I upload \download... so have fun folks!
