It's played on the harmonica (I think at least), probably from 80s western movie/tv-show. I heard it last night in a bar, and I know I heard it before but I just can't remmeber the name.
It's similar to this but it's a bit slower, and the tune is higher pitch, and there's no background music, just the harmonica.
It's very slow, the same tune tends to repeat itself.
