I've got a lil question..Where i can find a program to convert from NTSC to PAL?...what changes would make in the end? (Like,off sync/screen)

why would you want to from ntsc to pal? i could see if it was the other way since american tv's cant play pal but.....

Or you are cool like me and have a PS2 with Crystal Chip which can do PAL NTSC conversion in the boot loader. OR you buy a decent TV Razz
