My Lovely Aunty has this . It happens to people that have one lung smaller then the other . Its like this when they laugh there lungs take air and at the same time some people can choke .
But like they say laugh is good for ya , it flexes your stomach muscles and burns some fat . Like they say "A laugh a day makes your life 5 minutes longer "
