I have a music concert dvd burnt from an image im able to playback all sound variations such as 5.1 on my pc , however when i try to play the same dvd on a standalone dvd player or the 360 it only plays the menu sound and im unable to hear either of the audio tracks of the dvd . Any ideas to help ?

Could it be that its digital sound only or DTS. You'll probably need spdif connections.

Thanks for replying , i found it was the dvd media at fault. i bought branded instead of my usual cheap ones.
