Why is it that whenever some noob comes around and asks how to download stuff, you simply tell them that there aren't any downloads here and point them in the direction of the rules? Why bother explaining it to these stupid shitheads at all? Why not simply ban them with no explanation? If they're too fucking stupid to read the rules before they ask retarded questions, they don't deserve and explanation. They simply deserve to be instantly perm banned. Explain the logic behind not doing this to me.

I believe everyone deserves a second chance. Especially considering that Torrents are advertised on the main page. Its easily to be confused and misled.

Well, this site is a total waste of everyone’s time; it would be best left to just the mods/admins so they can tell each other they are not really geeks all day long and they can use the word ‘nOOb’ to describe anyone who thinks they are.
I came to this site thinking it was as described in the ‘read first’ sections, tolerant and fair and always valuing opinions as all democratic discussions should be, As it turn out the majority of the flaming and inappropriate treatment is conducted by the afore mentioned geeks.
Please feel free to flame me with all of the limited vocabulary at your disposal, please don’t use anything with more than two syllables though as I wouldn’t want you to strain yourselves.

Yes Peerdemon. I am the original Geek. I regularly going around calling people n00bs and I always lock threads when people disagree with me. You're totally correct that my vocabulary is limited and I admit that I do find it difficult to form a coherent discussion.
But I'm so sorry you had to form a comprehensive opinion of our Seventy Thousand plus members on your first posting.
I'm so glad you feel the need to spam the same post on four different threads. But I imagine that its probably too difficult for you to formulate a new post each time.

We all started somewhere and to ban someone for a stupid mistake is imo a tad harsh.. however if they continue to ask the same questions or PM members then yeah.. i'd say boot them off...
