.DMG files mounts on mac out of the box. So you can just write them as UDF disk.
Also there are some converters available dmg --> img / iso ( http://vu1tur.eu.org/tools/ )

As for tools... you can use Nero or UltraISO to make a UDF DVD.

There are converters @ http://vu1tur.eu.org/tools/ and TransMac @ http://www.asy.com/scrtm.htm

I haven't tried TransMac.

But why not just store .dmg files on UDF DVDs ? I do it for all my mac software. This way I could store more than one app per dvd and not lose pretty backgrounds and layout Smile

Will the person on MAC (VERY VERY NEW TO ALL THIS THING) will be able to install a software if I am will give im a DVD with just .dmg file on it without any problem ... because let's say on PC to mount a .iso file let's say for most of us it's easy BUT if you don't know what Demon tools are ..you're in trouble .....or on MAC dmg file is a native image or something that on autoplay in MAC ..(or someting like that) >>>?<<<

Thanks PPL.

To mount .dmg files on Mac one need to just double-click them. A few seconds later(after integrirty checks) a virtual volume will apear in Go -> Computer and/or left pane of Finder's window and usually by default a new window with contents of dmg will also be opened(it depends on the source of .dmg file). Then it is typical install procedure aka via installer or drag&drop to Applications folder. But in your case with Photoshop it will be an Installer.
