Recently alot of my DVD-R's have been getting corrupt (bad batch of G04's). ImgBurn / DVD Decrypter has managed to save some but theres some that they cant rip.

Does anyone know of a DVD ripping programme that can recover my other discs?

The problem is the discs, not software, they're too screwed up to be read. Try cleaning them with toothpaste or buy a disc cleaner.

You can also try using a different drive to read them, as some have better ECC characteristics.
