This is true, Microsoft have blamed pirates for the lack of sales... but the funny thing is, even most of the pirates are avoiding VISTA. So what else to blame? They blamed Creative for their lack of cooperation with software development... and they've blamed others as well.

Gabe is on the money here of course, only the thick-skinned hardcore fanboys appreciate VISTA for the "upgrade" that it is supposed to be. Reality-check isn't on these people's agenda.

Unfortunately I doubt that DX10+ ever will come to XP, there simply is no way for M$ to make any money on that - I would rather believe that their next version of Windows will learn from the mistakes they did with VISTA. We will see.


I also think fisk should be unbanned.
