I broke my right hand/finger two days ago.. and next week I have to go to surgery.
Can't do anything serious without using the right hannd. I am sooo fucking pissed!

a friend of mine regularly broke bones in his hand because of getting drunk and either falling stupidly or hitting stuff in anger or for the fun of it. If the same applies to you, good luck with the itchy healing process

Im' am glad I don't feel no pain at all. Only thing hurting was when the doc had to get my fingers and bones back in position.

Had surgery last week. Got some metal implants and it looks like they won't take them out,
so I guess I gotta live being the one always being searched at any place detectors are placed (:
Well at least they gave me benzos and valium, tho I#M glad I didn't need them 'cause it wasn't that much pain.

There's a splint attached, going nearly halfway up my forearm keeping my small finger in position 'cause that's the exact spot I broke my metacarpal. And as I'm a lucky guy it completely broke, so there was no connection between finger -> hand.
Doc said I probably have to wear the splint for like 6 weeks, but I swear in 3 weeks I'll take this piece of shit off.
The first days after surgery were horrible, I felt like a cripple when I realized how fucked up my lefthand skills were.. But unexspectedly I got used to using only my left hand after a couple of days.. Still it sucks, 'specially when showering and shit.

I have broken my arm 7 times I think now. I haven't had any compound breaks tho.
I remember trying to put deodorant on with a broken elbow. Couldn't do it. All my casts always stunk of vinegar too.

Last summer I had the biggest fight in my life with my girlfriend at the time (ex now). We were fighting about things that weren't worth it and at the end I got so fucking pissed I punched the wall several times. It was pure concrete.
I didn't notice that anything was wrong for the first two minutes untill my hands started shaking severely and I looked at my hands and they were missformed and the bone in my right hand was actually coming out of my hand. I was too busy yelling at her to even notice my own bone was sticking out.... I went to the hospital my hand was severely broken, the other hand was slightly broken. Luckily I did not need any surgery they put it back using hands only. Now there's a small bump on the right side of my righ hand, that's the bone that did not heal 100% and never will. Ugly, but it reminds me everyday how fucking stupid I was.
Those two broken hands messed up my entire vacation that year.
