I've just purchased a "new" cellphone from someone, well ,by the time of purchase I knew that it is locked/blacklisted for a certain operator.
the problem is,that I want to change its IMEI in order to use it with this operator's network.
and I dont know how
At the moment im using it with a different operator.
the device is K800.

The IMEI has nothing to do with the operator, it's just the phone's "licence plate", you only change the IMEI when you suspect the phone is stolen...
On the other hand, unlocking SE can be a bitch, google around a bit, with any luck you might get it unlocked for $8

ok you mis-understood me.
the phone is locked to that certain operator because it was reported as stolen. (I knew about it by the time of purchase).
so at the moment im using it in a different operator, and all is fine.
its SIM-FREE,so its possible.
the reason I want to chage the IMEI is that ,if I change it,than it wont be blacklisted anymore, since the network identifies it by its IMEI.
since its CID52 (I guess),its not possible at the moment,at least AFAIK.

Why have you bought a stolen cellphone in the first place?

OK, i misunderstood you too, i took the "locked/blacklisted" as "SIM locked", sorry.
But, for someone who knows the deal, changing the IMEI is as simple as unlocking it.
@X_Dror: Probably almost given away, at least here some people sell stolen phones for ridiculous prices, the greed takes over

So he could buy a cheap Telit phone or smt.
You support the theft industry by buying stolen phones.
Someone just lost 1300Nis for that friend of yours.

no its not "someone", I've checked with the operator (my friend works there,so he checked it for me),the device was stolen from a delivery company(a well known one),so im sure they dont really care about it.

Well, might as well make you a bit more happier, by my calculations:
k800 in Israel costs (new) around 300€
K800 in Portugal (new) around 285€ (going up to 370€)
It's not that big of a difference

I see, well he didnt want to spend more than 100USD for that phone.
so I got him a stolen one, which works with one operator, but he also wants it to work with the other, that blocks it.

Well you're lucky. In my country the IMEI will be blacklisted by ALL operators, once the phone is reported stolen.
