it s obviously staged and most of the time very unfunny because of that. But since most people wont see a real tourette-syndrome and like the potty-humour his site will live on.

My girlfriend is a nurse, working on the Pedriatics ER, she once had a kid there with Tourette's Syndrom, as he was fairly young, his 'slang' wasn't quite developed yet, he twitched and jerked a lot and said mostly pretty stupid things
Well maybe not a case of the classic Tourettes, or maybe not Tourettes at all. But one things for sure, the guy has, or had some mental issues. I know a few people who act in ways that are indescribable in stupidity and idiocracy, and would be just as funny if it was all video taped, and you didnt have to deal with it first hand.
At work we tricked this guy to think his radio was broken by watching him mess with it, while I gave hand signals around the corner to the guy at the fusebox. He smashed it to pieces. He went into McDonalds and asked if they would nuke his lunchbox food, on and on....hehe
