heh, damn
I also still have only my 1gig memory stick.
I bought it with my PSP back when it came out and it cost me like 60€.
Nowadays you can get a 4gig one for just 50€ or even less so I might go and buy one soon.

Could at least fit a bunch of different PS1 games onto my PSP then.

Was looking forward to this game, I love tactical RPGs like Disgaea & co, FFT, etc.
Recently though the visual style (cell shading with cute looking characters) scared me off.

Now though with a 9.0 from IGN I guess I'll have to check it out... as soon as I got a bigger memory stick anyway Smile

Heh, I guess I'll try that then. Smile

Just tried for the better part of 2 hours to try and get it to load through usb via irshell 3.61, with no such luck.. Razz

Thanks headshot, forgot about CSO.

EDIT: Wooo, CSO'd and now running fine on 3.52 M33-4!

This game is of excellent quality, I'm only 4 or 5 missions in but I am instantly drawn in to this game. The GODSPEED move is very fun.

I'm only now taking a break because my PS3 has just arrived. Very Happy

that's what I thought at first too, but it's getting extremely good reviews so that's reason enough to check out the game despite it's visual style if you ask me.

played it a bit now and it works really well. the cartoonish look isn't too extreme, still looks ok and the battles are fun.

might keep me busy until disgaea for the psp comes out in october.
oh and final fantasy tactics: war of the lions also comes out in october.
nice.. gotta love those strategy rpgs Smile

Anyone manage to get past the Altois prairie without serious levelling?

Haha; get super confident storming through wave after wave of weak lizard men and foot soldiers then all of a sudden massive fucking dragons that kick your ass.

Great game though; find the combat in these games more deep and rewarding than most traditional RPGs tbh.

the battles will probably be the only thing that interests me... i really dislike the characters (that jeanne bitch is a little fucking theif!! look a dead guy on a horse! LETS ROB HIM!!) and the dialogue is cheesier than an 80's american dubbed japanese cartoon... but the combat and customisation atleast seems interesting

I started fucking the cutscenes off pretty early tbh, the combat though is like Advance Wars in many ways.
