The Golden Compass

  • Genre: Adventure / Fantasy
  • Theatrical release: UK 5 December 2007 / US 7 December 2007
  • Rated: PG-13
  • Length: 113
  • Plot outline:
    Quote:
Adaptation of the Carnegie Medal-winning novel by Pullman, the first volume in the His Dark Materials trilogy. In a parallel Oxford, young Lyra Belacqua begins a dimension-crossing odyssey that builds from a merely atypical children's adventure into a complex (and frequently quite dark) philosophical epic.

Well, I liked the books and the trailers look good (at least better than Crapnarnia) so here's a proper template for it.

Arrow Hi-Res (25mb)

Download first 5 minutes of the movie (!):
Arrow 1080p (355mb)
Arrow 720p (243mb)
Arrow Hi-Res (42mb)

I've read all the 3 books, and they're really good. Much more "mature" and deep than Narnia and HP.... but from reviews I've read, it seems the movie doesn't stand up to fans expectations.. we'll see....
