i liked it ultimately even though it had some small faults, noticably that mind numbingly idiotic bitch who kept ranting about how 'wrong' it all was, as soon as a woman gets raped/killed, but she had no problem when guys were being killed... feminist bitch... film would have been so much better if the pom woulda gutted her at the end.
its a HUGE rip-off of battle royale, all be it a more mainstream and 'morally acceptable' version, but even so, it was handled reasonably well, with a good cast, and enough interesting action.

It had some good aspects, but overall was disappointing in my opinion.

This movie was... meh
Didn't like it at all, I like the concept (I have seen Battle Royal) but somehow this movie got all the "typical" stuff. You know when shit is gonna happen.
Squirrely: Now come on y'all. We can't waste time arguing. There could still be survivors out there. We need to hunt them down, and kill them.
Beary: How about we kill them, and then rape their bodies so we can use their blood as lubricant.

well thats because they didnt want to confuse all the wrestling fans that were going to watch the film... we know theyre a simple folk, so its best not to have too much going on at any one time

I just watched it... Was watchable nothing more. Was disturbed me the most is all these beefed up guys, I can't imagine that they actually uses such monsters in Delta Force or similar. Talk about easy to hit. Actually the general quality of the movie was pretty bad, I expected a darker and more grim atmosphere and more psyche involved like Battle Royal.
Also another thing that I hated with this movie, and have hated with so many other movies, is the shaking camera during action scenes, you don't see shit of what happens. All possibly cool stuff gets lost because you get sick and gotta puke of all the movement...

yeah that discussion came up in the bourne thread.. i dislike it personally, all the great choreography and movement art goes to complete waste...

It's even worse in this though because the fighting is so mundane.
That giant guy was the same actor from the beginning of Troy, right?
